After breakfast excursion trip to Lamahatta Eco Park, is situated at an elevation of around 5,700 feet at a distance of 23kms from Darjeeling. It takes more than an hour to reach Lamahatta from Darjeeling in the car. Even though it's only a little town where cultivating and cattle raising are the main sources of work, Lamahatta is very much associated with the Darjeeling-Kalimpong state roadway.
